Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport, known as the art of eight limbs because it uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Classes combine technique drills, pad work, clinch work, and conditioning, so you build genuine striking skill and serious fitness at the same time.
None at all. Most of our members walked in having never trained before. Your first classes focus on stance, basic strikes, and movement, and the coaches adjust everything to your level. You will be training alongside experienced members, not thrown in with them.
Our Muay Thai classes are for ages 16 and up. We do not currently run a kids program, so the room is all adults and older teens who are there to train. If you are unsure whether the class is a fit, give us a call and we will talk it through.
Yes. Beginners spend their time on technique, bag work, and pads, which carry very little risk. Sparring is optional, supervised, and controlled, and nobody is pushed into it before they are ready. Our coaches watch the room closely and keep the intensity where it belongs.
Comfortable athletic clothing, water, and a willingness to sweat. Hand wraps and gloves are the first pieces of gear worth buying once you decide to keep training, and our coaches will tell you exactly what to get before you spend anything.
Yes. Your first session is free, so you can train, meet the coaches, and see the gym before committing to anything. Fill out the form on this page and we will get you booked into a class that fits your schedule.
Our head coach is a Thai native who teaches Muay Thai the way he learned it at home, not a watered down fitness version of it. That authenticity is what our members mention most, along with a training floor where beginners and competitors push each other and nobody trains alone.
